Кисти мягкие, пушистые. Каждая кисть в индивидуальной упаковке. Кое-где торчал ворс, но это не страшно. Одна кисть оказалась грязной(так и не поняла клей это был или нет) промыла и оставшуюся жёсткость аккуратно срезала. В работе ещё не использовала
